- All fees include the conference kit and all coffee break.
- For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors must do the registration before September 30th (Early Registration period).
- To register at the student rate, a copy of valid student ID has to be submitted through the online registration.
- We accept only cash in KRW for on-site registrations. (40,000 KRW per day, including the conference kit & coffee breaks)

Author Registration
- Every conference paper requires at least one registration.
- The authors of conference papers MUST register in the EARLY registration period by September 30th. If the registration has not been done by the deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.

Student Registration
- Reduced registration fee for students is applicable to only full-time undergraduates and postgraduates with valid proof for your student status.
- A copy of the student ID card showing the name and the study period or a proof letter of the student status signed by the Head of Department should be attached to the online registration form. If this proof is not received, regular registration fee will be applied.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Cancellations will incur a 30% of the registration fee for administrative procedure. For authors, cancellations must be received before Sept 30, 2016. For other participants, cancellations must be received before Oct 15, 2016.
- If a paper is cancelled, it will NOT be submitted for SCOPUS indexing or ACL anthology archiving.

No show Policy
- If a paper is accepted, either for an oral presentation or for a poster session, at least one of the authors must attend the conference to present the work. Papers not meeting these requirements, unless specifically exempted by the organizing committee, will NOT be submitted for SCOPUS indexing or ACL anthology archiving.

Payment options
- After payment, please send a registration form to paclic30@gmail.com.
- You can either pay the conference fee by credit card or transfer the money directly to the conference bank account.
- For the payment from outside of Republic of Korea, credit card payment is recommended due to high charge fees of payment transaction. The domestic participants must use the payment by bank transfer.
