Guideline for Posters


GENERAL INFORMATION
Posters are visual presentations of research results. Poster sessions offer researchers the chance to present their work in a visual form and provide opportunities for interaction and discussions.

POSTER PRESENTATION
  • Posters will be on display in the conference place during the assigned period.
  • Poster boards, associated with numbers, will be provided by the organizing committee.
  • Poster authors are invited to display their poster on the board associated with their poster number at the beginning of the conference.
  • Two Poster sessions will be scheduled during the conference.
    • Friday 28th October from 1:30pm to 3:30pm 
    • Saturday 29th October from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
  • Poster authors are invited to be present near their poster during these two slots, so that conference delegates can meet and discuss with poster authors.


POSTER FORMAT GUIDELINES
  • Participants are expected to print and bring their own poster.
  • Poster format should be A0 (84x120cm). A poster presentation includes one single poster.
  • We recommend that posters should include at least:
    • the title (lettering at least 2.54 cm or 72 point, bold)
    • the author(s)’name(s) (lettering at least 2.54 cm or 72 point, bold)
    • an abstract (lettering at least 0.95 cm or 27 point, 300-words or less)
    • an introduction part
    • a methodology part
    • a results part
    • a conclusion part
    • and, when suitable, tables and figures
  • Clearly indicate the sections or parts of your poster
  • Bear in mind that your poster will be viewed from distances of 1,5 meters or more
  • Keep your poster simple


WHERE TO MAKE POSTERS AND COPIES?
  • Posters as well as Copies are available from Docu-Plaza on campus 8:30am-7:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am-2:00pm on Saturday, at CheongUnGwan (B1 floor).

  • Out from the campus, the Copydesk (우리문화사) is also available 8:00am-8:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am-5:00pm on Saturday, 200m walking straight out from the main gate of the campus and it is next to the Home Plus market.
